"THERE IS A SEASON..."

"Moving to Chautauqua County spurred my interest in photography," says Del Monte.  "Realizing I could capture a little of the beauty around me caused me to pick up a camera six years ago. I haven't been able to put it down since! In my travels around the county, there are certain places that keep calling me. I've found that I've returned to those places again and again. Over time, this has given me a collection of these places at different seasons of the year."

Del Monte says she is happiest with a photograph when She's "able to catch those special moments when light, form, color and line combine to make you stop and look at something you might have passed by at another time.

"I hope this exhibit will remind you of the beautiful seasons we are privileged to witness in Chautauqua County!"
